Secure Your Spot At Polka Creek

VETERAN PTSD CARE

Retreats, brotherhood, real data.

Pathways for Veterans in Placerville is a veteran-led PTSD health nonprofit that provides an all-expense-paid four-day retreat at Polka Creek Ranch. We serve U.S. veterans living with PTSD and service-related stress who want a safe, non-clinical environment that combines peer support, ceremonial activities, and measurable stress management tools. Veterans stay connected with us long after the retreat through 24/7 communication and an enduring sense of brotherhood and sisterhood.

Four-Day PTSD Retreat

An all-expense-paid four-day stay at Polka Creek Ranch where veterans live together, take on mission-style challenges, and start rebuilding calm and confidence.

Ceremonial Healing Experiences

Teepee gatherings, Sweat lodge, cold-water plunges, and a guided fire walking challenge invite veterans to confront fear safely and release long-held tension.

Bio-Well & HeartMath Assessments

Before and after the retreat, veterans receive Bio-Well and HeartMath readings that show in clear numbers how their bodies are responding to stress.

Ongoing Peer Support

After leaving the ranch, veterans remain part of our community with 24/7 communication, follow-up coaching, and a growing network that keeps the oath alive.

Grassroots Veteran Leadership

Led by CSM (R) Mac McAdams.

Decades in uniform shaped Pathways into a veteran-led PTSD retreat that blends ceremonies, nature, and biofeedback to restore mission, calm, and connection.

Measured Progress

Baseline Stress Mapping

Before retreat activities begin, veterans take a short questionnaire and biometric readings to assess their stress levels.

These baselines give you and our team a clear picture of where you stand, turning invisible stress into information we can work with together.
